GOES International AB (“GameOn”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement (“Privacy Policy”) describes how GameOn collects and uses Personal Data via any of GameOn’s products, services or websites (“Services”).

   By downloading or using any Service you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and you give consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Our servers might also log information like your IP address, DID, browser type, operating system, date/time stamps for your visits.

   (b) Anonymous Data. GameOn, and third party analytics and ad companies that GameOn may employ, may collect and use Anonymous Data as a result of analytics services and ad serving through Services. This data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity. This data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving or analytics technology.
   
   
4. Third Party Terms and Conditions.

Our Services may offer you access to (“Third Party Services”) such as multiplayer gaming services (e.g. Apple Game Center) and social networking services (e.g. Facebook or Twitter). In connection with such use, we may receive Personal Data and Anonymous Data about you from Third Party Services, in accordance with the terms of use and privacy policy (“Third Party Service Terms”) of the Third Party Services. You may be able to share information to Third Party Services, and the Third Party Service Terms will apply to the disclosed information. GameOn is not liable for any such Third Party Services, their Third Party Services Terms or use of your Personal Data.
   
   (b) Third Party Websites. Our Services may provide ads and links to external services such as websites and apps. If you click on such links you will be moved from our Services to services provided by external entities (“Third Party Websites”). GameOn is not liable for any such Third Party Websites or their collection or use of data.

   We will retain and use your Personal Data and Anonymous Data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
